Welcome to some personal information about me. On this page you will find some of my personal interests, hobbies, and values
My family and extended family are very important to me. I have been married for 15 years to my best friend. We enjoy spending time with our parents, our nieces and nephews, and friends that we consider family. In addition, we have family in England; we love when we have the opportunity to jump across the pond to say hello!
I have lived in the same city for my entire life and take pride in its growth and development. I enjoy learning about what I can do to help my community thrive. I am also an advocate for the Behavioral Health needs across Riverside County. Through my current line of work, I have helped grow and develop programs for underserved and vulnerable populations.
Alzheimer's has afflicted several members of my family. Therefore, the Alzheimer's Association is an organization dear to my heart. I participate in the annual "Walk to End Alz" in an effort to remember those that have passed, and raise funds and awareness for this horrific disease. I encourage others to join! https://www.alz.org/
The Pediatrics-Adolescent Diabetes Research Education (PADRE) Foundation is an organization I have been a part of since I was a child. Many members of my family have Type I Diabetes, and we have been devoted to helping their research developments. Check out what they do!
My education is something I value in the highest regard.
Here's my countdown to graduating with my Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership!
